Terms of Service

Welcome to ShowLyrics ("the Software"). By downloading, installing, or using ShowLyrics, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the Software.

  • A. Service Usage: The Software is intended for individuals and organizations seeking multimedia presentation solutions. By accessing or using the Software, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and agree to be bound by these terms.
  • B. License: Purchasing a license key does not constitute ownership of the Software. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software in accordance with your tier. All intellectual property and copyrights remain the sole property of ShowLyrics.
  • C. Account Security: If you create an account, you must provide a valid email address and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, and you may not lend or share your account with unauthorized third parties.
  • D. Payment: Licenses are valid for a period of one (1) year and must be renewed to maintain access. Prices are subject to change at any time; however, price changes will not affect active, paid-up licenses until their next renewal cycle.
  • E. Software Updates: ShowLyrics reserves the right to deliver updates, patches, security fixes, and bug corrections at any time without prior notice to ensure system stability and security.
  • F. Prohibitions: You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
    • Pirating the Software or distributing unauthorized copies.
    • Reselling or sub-licensing your license key.
    • Sharing pirated installer files, cracks, or key generators.
    • Modifying, reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code.
    • Bypassing activation mechanisms or utilizing automated bots for activation.
    • Disrupting, overloading, or compromising the integrity of our authentication and licensing servers.
  • G. License Deactivation: ShowLyrics reserves the right to immediately deactivate your license key and terminate service access without refund if we detect:
    • Software piracy or intellectual property infringement.
    • Suspicious activation patterns or licensing abuse.
    • Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.
    • Any breach of these Terms of Service.
  • H. Limitation of Liability: ShowLyrics shall not be liable for:
    • Loss of data or computer system damage.
    • Loss of profits or indirect damages.
    • Disruptions to worship services, events, or presentations caused by operator error, technical failure, or internet connection issues. ShowLyrics has no affiliation with or responsibility for the execution, management, or outcomes of events using the Software.
    • Any advertising materials, promotions, or sponsorships presented using the Software. Commercial and promotional content displayed through the Software is entirely the responsibility of the operator, and ShowLyrics has no relation to or liability for such activities.
    • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and ShowLyrics for the use of the Software. By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  • License Scope: Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use (license to use) the Software. It does not transfer ownership of the Software itself, which remains the exclusive intellectual property of ShowLyrics.
  • User Rights: Under a valid license, you are permitted to:
    • Install the Software on your devices.
    • Receive official Software updates and bug fixes.
    • Uninstall the Software from any device at any time.
    • Use the Software for multimedia presentations in accordance with your license tier.
  • User Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from:
    • Decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, or extracting the underlying source code of the Software.
    • Injecting dynamic link libraries (DLLs) or modifying the Software's binary executable files.
    • Patching, cracking, or attempting to bypass license activation systems.
    • Reselling, renting, leasing, sub-licensing, or redistributing the license key.
    • Sharing or publicizing your license key or credentials.
  • Activation Limits: Each license has a maximum device limit. If your activations exceed this limit, further activation requests will be automatically rejected.
  • Periodic Online Verification: The Software may perform periodic license validity checks via the internet. Failure to connect to our verification servers over an extended period may temporarily restrict premium features until the validation succeeds.
  • License Termination: ShowLyrics reserves the right to immediately deactivate your license key and terminate usage rights without refund if any violation of this EULA or the Terms of Service occurs.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is critically important to us. ShowLyrics collects minimal information necessary to deliver our services.

  • Data Collection: We collect your email address, Hardware ID (HWID), and basic profile information when registering an account to validate licenses.
  • Usage Data: We may anonymously collect application crash reports and usage statistics to improve software stability.
  • Third Parties: We do not sell your personal data to any third-party advertisers.

Refund Policy

Because ShowLyrics provides a free, fully-functional 14-day trial that allows you to evaluate the software extensively, all purchases are generally considered final.

If you encounter critical unresolvable technical issues within the first 7 days of your purchase that our support team cannot fix, we may issue a full refund at our sole discretion. Please contact Support to open a request.

Independence Day Discount Event Terms & Conditions

The following specific terms apply to all purchases of ShowLyrics licenses or subscription tiers made during the official Independence Day Promotion Event:

  • Monthly Purchase Limitation: Each account or user is eligible to purchase a monthly subscription package under the Independence Day discount pricing a maximum of 1 (one) time. Repeated purchases of the same monthly promotional package during the event period are strictly prohibited.
  • Non-Transferable & Non-Resellable: Promotional licenses are personal and strictly bound to the registered user account. Promotional licenses may not be resold, assigned, transferred, or traded to any third party under any circumstances.
  • Non-Cashable & Non-Refundable: All promotional transactions completed during the Independence Day event are final. Promotional licenses or benefits cannot be redeemed for cash, converted into money, refunded, or exchanged for store credit.
  • Promotion Timeframe: Promotional pricing and benefits are strictly limited to the official duration of the Independence Day Promotion Event specified by ShowLyrics.
  • Non-Stackable: The Independence Day Promotion cannot be combined with any other discount vouchers, promotional codes, referral programs, or special offers.
  • Consequences of Violation: In the event of suspected fraud, system manipulation, or violation of these promotional terms, ShowLyrics reserves the right to enforce the following sanctions:
    • Immediate License Deactivation: Instant revocation and termination of the promotional license without any refund.
    • Permanent Account Blacklisting: Permanent suspension and blacklisting of user accounts found reselling promo keys or exploiting multi-purchase limits.
    • Forfeiture of Promotional Benefits: Immediate forfeiture of all fraudulently or improperly obtained promotional access and benefits.
